Chris is an adorable Caucasian baby boy with sandy colored hair, brown eyes and an engaging smile.

Chris has experienced significant trauma at a young age, however he is showing progress with vision and hearing in that he responds to familiar people’s faces and voices with a smile or giggle.  He enjoys having toys above his head and “bats” at them with his hand.  Chris is a cuddly baby who has become less irritable and more content in recent months.  He loves the bath and spends a long time splashing each day.  Chris is a good eater and has enjoyed his transition to solid foods. 

Chris is in need of a family who can provide him with the love, stability and commitment that he deserves so he can continue to reach his fullest potential
