Elijah and Christopher are siblings who are in need of a loving, permanent home. Christopher is a sweet two-year-old Hispanic, African American and Caucasian toddler who can giggle uncontrollably. He looks to his caregiver for engagement and interaction and loves receiving one-on-one attention.
